Abstract

This project is sizing an optimum gas distributor, that are thickness of 2-10 mm., many holes arrangement are material such as cast iron , stainless steel and Aluminum by compare on thermal stress. Analyses by MSC /NASTRAN for Window which is a finite element program. The gas distributor that is thickness of 6 mm., cast iron material and has the hole same typical is an optimum. Because of less thermal stress and material.
