Abstract

A recent survey of the Dytiscidae of Sakaerat Biosphere Reserve, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in Northeast Thailand revealed 9 genera and 22 species, mainly collected in lentic habitats. Most identified species are widespread in the Indo- Malayan region. Copelatus oblitus Sharp, 1882, Cybister convexus Sharp, 1882, Hydrovatus sinister Sharp, 1890 and Laccophilus latipennis Brancucci, 1983 are recorded for the first time in Thailand. The distributional range and ecology are discussed for each species.
