การพัฒนาระบบยืมทรัพยากรระหว่างหน่วยงานของสำนักหอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

ระบบยืมทรัพยากรระหว่างหน่วยงาน (Inter Campus Loan: ICL) คือ บริการยืมทรัพยากร สารสนเทศระหว่างห้องสมุดในสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ 4 แห่ง ได้แก่ ห้องสมุดประสานมิตร ห้องสมุดองครักษ์ ห้องสมุดคณะแพทยศาสตร์ องครักษ์ และห้องสมุดศูนย์การแพทย์ปัญญานันทภิกขุ ชลประทาน เพื่อประโยชน์ในการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศร่วมกัน สำหรับอาจารย์ นิสิต และบุคลากรภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ระบบ พัฒนาขึ้นจากการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา HTML และ PHP ร่วมกับฐานข้อมูล MariaDB ผนวกด้วยการดึงข้อมูล ผ่าน API ของระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ (Aleph) และระบบคลังข้อมูลห้องสมุด (CLDW : Central Library Data Warehouse) โดยระบบเริ่มเปิดใช้งานเมื่อวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2562 และจากการสารวจความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบ พบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.76) นอกจากนั้น ยังช่วยเพิ่มปริมาณ การใช้บริการยืมทรัพยากรระหว่างหน่วยงานได้ถึงร้อยละ 65 เมื่อเทียบกับการใช้งานในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันของปี 2561Inter Campus Loan (ICL) is the service system for borrowing library resources between 4 libraries in Srinakharinwirot university, including Central Library (Prasanmitr), Ongkharak Library, Medicine Library, Ongkharak and Panyanantaphikkhu Chonprathan Medical Center Library. This service will be convenient for professors, students and staff in any campus who need to borrow library resources between each libraries. The ICL system is developed through HTML and PHP programming with MariaDB database, combining with data retrieval via the API of the automated library system (Aleph) and Central Library Data Warehouse (CLDW). This service is launched on 1 st August 2019, and gains the highest level (4.76 mean) of user satisfaction with the system usage. Moreover, this service increases the amount of inter - campus lone’s use about 65 percentages.
