Abstract

This engineering project aims to make a positive pressure airway pressure machine for obstructive sleep apnea patients (SPAPM) in Thailand. They are at risk of obesity that one of the reasons to be Obstructive sleep apnea patients. The fat layer in the upper airway area is thick which makes it drop to close the airway when you sleep, you cannot sleep well and uncomfortable breathing. Therefore Obesity person needs to use a higher pressure of over 20 centimeters of water is the highest slightly normal value of CPAP. They used BIPAP instead. However, It has a large different price and it is not worth purchasing. For the above reason, we make this machine has a pressure value more than normal and has humidity from the humidifier which is another part of the machine. The humidity helps the breathing pathway have moisture. It is comfortable for breathing and a suitable temperature does not cause irritation and decreases the side effect of using a machine by Evaporative with water. Moreover, It can record data on the cloud. Using loT to help doctor accesses information everywhere and every time that make continue treatment and make a better quality of treatment and life.
